This property operates on a private well and septic system. The well water is tested annually and is safe to drink, although guests unfamiliar with well water may prefer bottled drinking water.
Please conserve water and flush only toilet paper to help maintain the septic system.
Pets are welcome; however, pets are not allowed on furniture. Pet hair on beds or couches, or failure to clean up pet waste, may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Between May and October, early check-in and late check-out are generally unavailable to allow sufficient cleaning time between guests.
