The cottage operates on a private well and septic system. The well water is professionally tested each year and is safe to drink, though guests who are unfamiliar with well water may prefer to bring bottled drinking water.

To help maintain the septic system, please flush only toilet paper and be mindful of water usage during your stay.

Other Things to Know

Pets are welcome; however, pets are not permitted on furniture. Pet hair on beds or sofas, or failure to clean up pet waste, may result in an additional cleaning fee.
